Η σύνθεση μεταγράφει την οριακή, τολμηρή και, για τους περισσότερους, «ιερόσυλη» πρόταση (1834) του Γερμανού αρχιτέκτονα, K. F. Schinkel, για την ανέγερση των ανακτόρων του Όθωνα στην Ακρόπολη, σε συνδυασμό με σύμβολα της γερμανικής αυτοβιομηχανίας, την απεικόνιση μιας αφίσας της Όπερας της πεντάρας του Berthold Brecht και ενός γερμανικού τραπεζικού χρεογράφου, αλλά και την κειμενική παράθεση της αφήγησης του Sigmund Freud που αναφέρεται στο περίφημο επεισόδιο διαταραχής της μνήμης κατά την επίσκεψή του (1904) στην Αθήνα και τον Παρθενώνα. Με ανατρεπτική-ειρωνική διάθεση και σουρεαλιστικό πνεύμα, ο καλλιτέχνης συνδιαλέγεται με τη μνήμη, τις σημερινές κοινωνικές, πολιτικές και οικονομικές καταστάσεις, την ιστορία – βιωματική και συλλογική.

The composition transcribes the radical, bold and, for most people, "sacrilegious” proposal (1834) of the German architect K.F. Schinkel for the construction of the palace of Otto on the Acropolis, together with symbols of the German car industry, the display of a poster from Berthold Brecht’s Threepenny Opera and of a German bond bank guarantee, as well as the textual presentation of Sigmund Freud’s narration referring to the infamous episode of memory disorder during his visit (1904) to Athens and the Parthenon. With subversive irony and surreal wit, the artist converses with memory, with the current social, political and economic situation as well as with history, both experiential and collaborative.
